Authorities were tipped off by customers about a woman accused of running an illegal dental practice out of her east Charlotte home, according to documents recently released.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Agency collaborated in the arrest of 46-year-old Isis Munoz.
Customers paid Munoz in cash for cleanings, fillings and bridge work at her home on Fox Hunt Road, investigators said.
