Continuing education classes offered by Progressive Dental Institute

The Progressive Dental Institute will hold its primary Catalyst continuing education course in Dallas, Texas, on January 29 and 30. The course welcomes dental professionals and members of their team who want to improve the functions of their practices and learn how to better succeed in the modern dental marketplace. The course combines presentations from Progressive Dental’s CEO, Bart Knellinger, and group exercises using real-life practice data.
Included in the Catalyst course are lessons in leadership, management, and building patient relationships, along with the psychology of patients’ mental states to better communicate information and procedural strategies. In addition, participants are educated on hiring techniques and marketing tactics to build their brand and remain in the forefront among dental professionals. Catalyst is the first course in a three-set series, all of which focus on individual and practice growth.
The Institute will also host its first practice CEO course in its hometown of Clearwater, Florida, January 22 and 23. The course will give attendees 16 continuing education credits and is open to those dental professionals and staff who have completed the prerequisite Catalyst course. The Progressive Dental Institute is a unique opportunity for dentists, periodontists, and other specialists to maximize their practice and personal growth potential.
Attendees of the practice CEO course will learn from Mr. Knellinger about various techniques to be a successful leader in the modern dental world. This includes proven methods to effectively communicate and motivate team members, influential leadership traits, and calculated marketing tactics to increase new patient numbers. Attendees will also have the chance to analyze real-life practice data for a more concrete learning session.
Progressive Dental helps develop high performing practices, and has experience working with some of the largest and most respected dental practices in the country. Progressive Dental created the Institute after consulting with thousands of practices and recognizing similar obstacles among them. The Institute’s leaders have taken their experience in marketing, training, and consulting over the past eight years to deliver definitive materials to dentists and specialists.
